Cape Ann is a cape cod style community located in West Huntington Beach in the master planned community of Seagate. Cape Ann is conveniently located right off of Promenade and Main Street in the Seacliff area just west of 5 Points Plaza with easy access to Peter Green Park, Seacliff Plaza, Shops, Dining and just a few short miles to the beach and The Huntington Beach Pier.
Cape Ann’s on-site amenities include a community swimming pool and spa as well as greenbelts that run throughout the community. Cape Ann also has easy access to Peter Green Park which is conveniently located right across the street inside the Seagate community. Peter Green offers playgrounds, a picnic area, Tennis, Basketball, and Sand Volleyball Courts. There are 2 associations that homeowners are required to pay, one is to Seagate Homeowners Association, the other is to Cape Ann HOA.

Cape Ann homes offer attached as well as detached homes and can vary from 2 to 3 story (tri-level) but all offer interior laundry, private enclosed patio/balcony as well as attached 2 car garages.
Cape Ann is part of the Huntington Beach Affordable Housing Program. This program ensures that low and median income families also have access to housing. Cape Ann is designated for moderate income families with income limits based on family size. Income limits to purchase by household size. In addition to the income restrictions, Huntington Beach also has restrictions on how much you can sale your unit for when and if you do decide to sale. Some other things to keep in mind with the Huntington Beach Affordable Housing Program is that No investors are allowed and all properties must be occupied as a primary residence.
