Cape Ann homes offer attached as well as detached homes and can vary from 2 to 3 story (tri-level) but all offer interior laundry, private enclosed patio/balcony as well as attached 2 car garages.

Cape Ann is designated for moderate income families with income limits based on family size. Income limits to purchase by household size.
