Pacific Shores is a private, gated community located within walking distance to the beach and a short bike ride to all that Huntington Beach has to offer, including Main Street, The Huntington Beach Pier and Pacific City and the Pacific Ocean. As you can see from the map here, the community is right in the heart of Huntington Beach with easy access to the beach, downtown Huntington Beach, Main Street and The Huntington Beach Pier.
Pacific Shores offers many amenities to it’s residents starting with the beautifully landscaped gated entrance with security cameras located directly off Newland St. The community also offers a 60 foot long heated swimming pool perfect for swimming laps along with a relaxation deck. There is also a two acre park named Ralph Bauer Public Park that is adjoined to the neighborhood that offers a half basketball court, children’s play area and a shade area. There is an HOA fee for all residents in the community which covers the amenities in the community, common area maintenance, the exterior/roofs of each home as well as a $50M earthquake insurance policy but there is No Mello Roos.
Pacific Shores was started in 2010 and finished completion in 2014. It features two different style of homes within the community. First, The Villas, are super luxury attached courtyard homes ranging from 4 Bedroom / 4 bath with 3,527 sq/ft of living space up to 5 Bedroom / 5 Bath with 4,142 sq/ft of living space. Second, The Bungalows, are a collection of townhomes from a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath with 1,481 sq/ft up to a 4 bedroom / 4 Bath with 2,606 of living space. All properties in Pacific Shores have attached garages ranging from 1 car to 3 Car.
